Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is one of the nineteen urban boroughs of the city of Montreal, Quebec (Canada). Since the Quebec municipal reorganizations of 2002, it has been composed of two wards: Côte-des-Neiges and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, two former cities annexed to the city of Montreal on June 4, 1910.

Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is the most populous borough in Montreal, with 170,583 residents (as of 2021), including over 100,000 in the Côte-des-Neiges borough alone. It is home to numerous institutions of metropolitan importance, such as hospitals and universities. The borough's population is highly multicultural, with people from 75 different ethnic groups residing there. The borough also boasts a large student population, with numerous academic institutions such as the Université de Montréal and Concordia University's Loyola Campus.

The name comes from the legend of Our Lady of the Snows, in 352, when an aristocrat named John and his wife had a dream communicated by the Virgin Mary instructing them to build a chapel on the site of a miraculous snowfall. The Basilica of Saint Mary Major in Rome was later built based on this dream.
